Archstream was formed in 2008 by management in partnership with certain funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P.

We believe that the local broadcast media industry is poised to experience a renaissance of sorts.

However, this will not apply equally to all operators, but rather to those that capitalize on the medium's promotional ability and local presence in order to launch new scalable and profitable digital businesses.

We have assembled a talented team that believes strongly in this vision for local broadcast media's future and that has as much experience as any other team (if not more) in translating this vision to reality.
